Production and technical department (PTD)

The division performs a full range of works on technical re-equipment of automation systems:

• Construction of cable racks (including the manufacture and anti-corrosion treatment of elements);
• Installation of cable products;
• Installation of equipment of the lower, middle and upper level of the MAS;
• Installation of metal structures for cable laying and installation of instrumentation and automation devices;
• Construction works;
• Installation of power supply, communications, fire alarm systems;
• Split system installation;
• Commissioning works.

Technical equipment

RPE "TIK" has its own design, production, and installation base, warehouses. The company's production facilities occupy the area of 6400 m². Construction and installation department has all equipment required for construction works:

• Trucks and motor cars owned by the company;
• Workmen's shelters and household units;
• Full provision of worker teams with task-related tools and equipment.

• Electric installation work specialists;

LLC "Ural plant of deicing materials":

• Design, supply and implementation of process control system for the production of anti-icing mixtures.

JSC "Transneft - Prikamye":

• Vibration monitoring system OPS "Osa-1", Perm RPD. Technical re-equipment.

• Automated process control system for the production of OPS "Perm", Perm RPD.

LLC "Lukoil - Volgogradneftepererabotka":

• Design, supply, installation supervision of vibration and temperature control systems.

2017 year

OJSC "Rosneft Oil Company":

• Introduction of a vibromonitoring system at the isomerization unit at OJSC "Kuibyshev Refinery".

JSC "Transneft - Prikamye":

• Vibration monitoring system of OPS "Studenets", OPS "Perm-3", OPS "Uralskaya". Technical re-equipment.

• The telemechanization system of the MOP "Surgut-Polotsk" and the MOP "Kholmogory-Klin" TU Perm-Lazarevo. Technical re-equipment.

JSC "Transneft - Privolga":

• Automated process control system OPS "Kuzmichi-2". Technical re-equipment.

LLC "Ural plant of deicing materials":

• Station refueling liquid anti-icing materials (Ekaterinburg). Development of projects, installation of equipment, development of a unified dispatching system, software, applications for Android and iOS.

LLC "Bashkir Generation Company":

• Karmanovskaya TPP. Modernization of the system for continuous monitoring of mechanical condition parameters and bearing bearing vibrations.
