Nondestructive control laboratory

Nondestructive control laboratory of RPE "TIK" carries out control of equipment, structures, and materials by nondestructive methods.

Services are provided in the following areas:

1. VIBRATION DIAGNOSTICS AND VIBRATION ADJUSTMENT OF EQUIPMENT

• general assessment of the vibration state (GOST, OVLV standards);
• analysis, detection of defects affecting the equipment operation;
• assessment of repair quality, recommendations for the upcoming repair;
• report on the equipment technical condition, maintenance recommendations.

2. EQUIPMENT BALANCING

• balancing of fans, smoke exhausts, electric motors, pumps, barrels, mills, and other equipment;
• balancing of non-standard equipment;
• issuance of balancing report and service recommendations.

3. LASER ALIGNMENT OF MECHANISMS (HORIZONTAL WITH COUPLINGS, VERTICAL ON FLANGES)

• centering, alignment of shafts (electric motor - actuator), shaftings;
• alignment of non-standard equipment;
• alignment quality control and issuance of report.

4. ROLLING BEARINGS EXPERTISE

• Diagnostics of rolling bearings is performed at SVK-A bearing vibration control stand. As a result, a conclusion on the bearing condition is issued.
• VMC (visual measuring control) consists in determination of the technical condition of the bearings working surfaces, measurement of the basic bearings fit dimensions. Optional service - measurement of radial bearing clearance in accordance with GOST 520-2011.
